Everything about these guys says professional. From the leaflet through my door, their appearance in branded overalls, the van and kit, right through to the finished job. Jack and Fred turned up at the time they stated, cleaned the front of my mid terrace house including frames and guttering. Access to the back is through the house and they were very respectful of my home. They cleaned windows, frames conservatory and gutters on the back which was not an easy task, using long reach brush at awkward angles. The cost was broken down into individual areas so I could accept part or all of the quote now or going forward. The finish was excellent on all surfaces. I cant praise them enough Great Job, Great value and Great guys. they'll be back again in 8 weeks to do front windows only and then the full works again later. Thoroughly recommend Toughgaard for domestic or commercial service.

Never before did I think that window cleaning could knock my socks off but these young men have changed the game! Toughgaard Windows have brought that sparkle back to my home, and left me wondering how I even saw out of my windows before. I've not known clean like this! Not only were they polite and professional, but they communicated well with me before, during and after the clean resulting in a thoroughly pleasant experience.
