Fascia, Soffits and Gutter Cleaning

Windows aren’t the only part of your property’s exterior that needs to be cleaned. Over time, Fascia’s, Soffits and Gutters can develop mould, mildew and algae if left untreated and this can spoil the overall appearance and condition of your property. Depending on where your property is located can impact how frequently this service is required.

Fascias, Soffits and Gutters are typically located under the edge of your roof. This means that they are typically located at height making them difficult to clean and maintain without the correct equipment.

Operating from the ground, we use our 36ft carbon fibre poles paired with specialised fascia and soffit soft bristled brushes. These soft brushes mean that we can get into any hard-to-reach spaces between your fascia and gutter.

We use fan jets which distribute the water evenly through the brush and projects a low pressure spray covering 180 degree. Not only is this a really efficient way to remove dirt and ensure that they are left shining clean, but it is also the most environmentally conscious.

Our Fascia, Soffits & External Gutter Cleaning Service in 5 steps:​

STEP 1: We will be in touch the night before to ensure that there is arranged access to the front and back of the property, which in some cases also includes access to the neighbouring property. This type of clean requires a lot of water, so we like to park as close to your property as possible because we will need access our water tank in our vehicle when carrying out a clean.

STEP 2: First we will assess the condition of your fascia’s, soffits and gutters before commencing a clean. This helps us to identify how much soap to apply and how diluted. 

STEP 3: The specialised Viro-Sol soap will be applied and left on for 5-10 minutes to soak up dirt and remove if any staining if it’s been a while since you last had them cleaned. 

STEP 4: One of us will make a start on the back using our 22L Gardiner portable backpacks. The other one of us will set up at the front, with health and safety signs clearly demonstrated to ensure your neighbours or any passerby’s are kept safe. We will also ensure that anything located directly below, is moved during the clean.

STEP 5: We feed purified water through soft bristled fascia and soffit cleaning brushes to agitate the dirt that has build up on your exterior. Once these have been scrubbed thoroughly, we rinse them to remove any remaining soap or dirt.

​We would strongly recommend following up this treatment with a window clean. This is because the dirt and soap from your fascia’s, soffits and gutters will typically drip down, leaving unwanted smears and spots on your windows once cleaned.
