Toughgaard cleaned our absolutely filthy windows back in August. From start to finish, the service was professional and flawless. They did an amazing job on our windows and were very reasonably priced too! I'd recommend them to anyone.

Never before did I think that window cleaning could knock my socks off but these young men have changed the game! Toughgaard Windows have brought that sparkle back to my home, and left me wondering how I even saw out of my windows before. I've not known clean like this! Not only were they polite and professional, but they communicated well with me before, during and after the clean resulting in a thoroughly pleasant experience. I have just moved into a new property in a new area. I used this service following a recommendation from a friend and I was extremely pleased with the results. The boys were very quick to provide a quote and were reliable, on time and very efficient. Both Jack and Fred were extremely kind and I will 100% be using them on a regular basis. 5 stars for a 5 star service!

Used these 2 gentleman cleaned our windows last month and it was the first time our conservatory had been cleaned in 3 years! Unbelievable service and the results were outstanding! Got the lads coming back every month to do the whole house as it makes such a difference! Friendly, polite and professional service.

Fred and Jack posted their service on Facebook and we asked them in to clean facias, a conservatory roof and gutters and some windows. This was quite a challenging task, given access and the state of the roof, However, they had perfect up to date equipment, for the job and carried it out in a friendly and very professional manner doing a fantastic job. Everything about them and their business suggests they will go far and we would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Everything about these guys says professional. From the leaflet through my door, their appearance in branded overalls, the van and kit, right through to the finished job. Jack and Fred turned up at the time they stated, cleaned the front of my mid terrace house including frames and guttering. Access to the back is through the house and they were very respectful of my home. They cleaned windows, frames conservatory and gutters on the back which was not an easy task, using long reach brush at awkward angles. The cost was broken down into individual areas so I could accept part or all of the quote now or going forward. The finish was excellent on all surfaces. I cant praise them enough Great Job, Great value and Great guys. they'll be back again in 8 weeks to do front windows only and then the full works again later. Thoroughly recommend Toughgaard for domestic or commercial service.

Can always be risky using an unknown business but rest assured Fred was amazing from minute one! On time, friendly, got the job done and left my windows looking spotless! Definitely recommend and will be using again in the future!

Our windows and conservatory were spotlessly cleaned. We were booked in within the week of contacting them, and the customer service from Fred was excellent and he even checked in the next day to make sure we were happy. I would highly recommend for a regular service or once off clean.
